Terms of Service

Effective: October 2026. Get Price Engine is a service of Altshuler Family Holdings LLC.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Get Price Engine (the "Service"), a competitor price tracking and predictive pricing signal service for e-commerce sellers. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Get Price Engine tracks competitor prices across the SKUs you choose, sends price-change alerts, and provides pricing signals, including trend direction, projected price zones, seasonal patterns, and repricing recommendations. The Service collects prices from publicly available retailer product pages.

The engine recommends only. It never changes your prices. Repricing decisions are always yours. The Service does not place orders, change listings, or modify your prices on any marketplace or storefront.

2. Plans and pricing

• Tracker, $79 per month: up to 500 SKUs tracked, competitor price alerts, full price history charts, daily price polling, MAP drop alerts, email, dashboard, and optional Slack alerts.
• Tracker, $790 per year: same as Tracker monthly, billed annually (two months free).
• Predictor, $199 per month: up to 5,000 SKUs tracked. Everything in Tracker, plus predictive pricing signals, 14-day projected price zones, repricing recommendations, hourly price polling, and API access.
• Predictor, $1,990 per year: same as Predictor monthly, billed annually (two months free).

Prices are in US dollars. Your card statement will show ALTSHULER FAMILY HOLDINGS. We may change plan prices for new subscriptions at any time. Price changes to existing subscriptions take effect at the next renewal, with at least 30 days notice by email.

3. Free trial

Starting at launch, every new subscription includes a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged the plan price on the trial end date and each billing period after. You may cancel during the trial at no charge.

4. Early access warm-up

Members who join from the waitlist may receive a free tracking warm-up period of up to 30 days so the engine can build price history before billing begins. No charges occur during the warm-up period. Warm-up tracking limits match the plan you selected. Early access members lock launch pricing for their first 12 months of paid subscription; after 12 months, the then-current list price applies. The 14-day free trial in Section 3 applies to subscriptions purchased after launch.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel anytime from Settings, then Billing, or by emailing hello@getpriceengine.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
• Monthly plans are not prorated on cancellation. You are not refunded for the unused portion of a month.
• Annual plans are refundable within the first 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are not refunded, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual term.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

6. Predictive signals are not guarantees

Pricing signals, trend directions, projected price zones, seasonal patterns, and repricing recommendations are projections built from tracked price history. They are decision-support signals, not guarantees of future prices and not financial advice. Pricing decisions you make based on signals are your own responsibility.

7. Acceptable use and fair use

• SKU limits are enforced per plan. If you exceed your plan's SKU limit, the Service will prompt you to remove SKUs or upgrade. You are never charged automatically for overages.
• API access is included on the Predictor plan only and is subject to reasonable rate limits. You may not resell API access or Service data to third parties.
• You may not use the Service to violate any retailer's terms of use, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or scrape through the Service on behalf of others.
• We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, at our discretion, with notice when practical.

8. Your data

You retain ownership of the catalog data you provide (SKUs, product information, margin targets). You grant us a license to use it to operate the Service. We may use aggregated and anonymized price data to improve pricing signals across the network. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Account closure

You may close your account at any time by canceling your subscription and emailing hello@getpriceengine.com to request deletion. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. On closure, your tracked data is deleted within 90 days, except where we are required to retain records by law.

10. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for reliable daily and hourly polling, but retailer sites change, and polling may be interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every price change will be detected.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altshuler Family Holdings LLC and Get Price Engine are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost margin resulting from pricing decisions made using the Service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
