Refund Policy

Effective: October 2026. Get Price Engine is a service of Altshuler Family Holdings LLC.

Simple rules, no fine print surprises.

14-day free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial at launch. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

Monthly plans: cancel anytime, not prorated

Tracker ($79/mo) and Predictor ($199/mo) subscriptions can be canceled at any time from Settings, then Billing, or by emailing hello@getpriceengine.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then. Monthly plans are not prorated: we do not refund the unused portion of a month when you cancel.

Annual plans: 30-day refund window

Tracker Annual ($790/yr) and Predictor Annual ($1,990/yr) are fully refundable within the first 30 days of the initial purchase. To request a refund, email hello@getpriceengine.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full annual amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. After 30 days, annual plans are not refundable; cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual term.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your card statement will show ALTSHULER FAMILY HOLDINGS for all charges and refunds.
